WARRANTY GUARANTEE

We provide a warranty guarantee for all products sold from prabusnack.com. Ensure all products you purchase from prabusnack.com are equipped with a Sticker / Warranty Guarantee Card / Invoice from prabusnack.com. Pay attention to the warranty guarantee provided, if you are unclear, contact us.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS:

  • For products that are within the warranty limits, the buyer will enjoy shipping and product defect warranty guarantees.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

  • The warranty does not apply to consumable products such as liquids, batteries, paste, etc.
  • The warranty is void if the buyer intentionally or unintentionally damages the warranty seal attached to each purchased product. The warranty also does not cover the following incidents:
    • Damage due to natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning, etc.), riots, bites or actions of animals, unstable electrical voltage, user error or negligence (falling, exposed to water/chemical liquids, etc.)
    • Adding or removing accessories without the knowledge of prabusnack.com
    • Repaired by someone not from prabusnack.com (Service Center)
    • Modifying or altering the covered equipment
    • Incorrect transportation or reinstallation
    • Damage due to being connected to other equipment both mechanically and electronically
    • Virus attacks
    • Installation errors
    • Equipment issues due to dirt

 

OUT-OF-TOWN PURCHASES:

  • For those of you who purchase from out of town, we also provide a guarantee on all products you buy. If damage occurs, please contact our Customer Service at 0856 4379 1400, chat via BBM (Pin 7478D065), or contact us via the "CONTACT US" menu on the website for technical assistance.
  • Based on our Customer Service's advice or if after technical assistance the product condition remains non-functional, please send back the product you purchased to our store address. The shipping cost of the repaired product will be borne by us to ensure the warranty and product quality we sell is good.
