TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY PROCEDURE:
- The product purchased will only be sent if the customer has successfully made payment, either via Bank Transfer (ATM, e-banking, m-banking), BCA Klikpay, Mandiri Clickpay or Mastercard and Visa.
- Products will be sent using the logistics service that you have chosen/specified during the purchasing process. Products will be sent using Indah Logistik, JNE, TIKI and POS Indonesia delivery services.
- After the customer makes payment, the product will take a maximum of 1 day to be prepared before being sent. After that, the product will be sent and will reach the customer with an estimated minimum time of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days (from the date after payment is made) and applies to orders on working days (Monday-Saturday)
- If a customer places an order on a week-end day (Sunday/Major Day), then the product delivery process in number 3 can only start on Monday/working day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE:
Customers can request a product return/return if:
- After the product reaches the customer, the customer can immediately check the condition and completeness of the product in front of the sender (logistics).
- If when the product arrives at the customer's address, the recipient of the package is NOT the customer who bought the product, then the customer can check the condition and completeness of the product, and make a CLAIM/COMPLAIN to prabusnack.com, via telephone (during working hours) or via WHATSAPP MAXIMUM 1x24 HOURS. (Therefore, customers are advised to confirm via telephone, SMS & WA if the product has been received)
- After confirming the claim/complaint, customers can send back products that they feel are incomplete/damaged to prabusnack.com. Shipping costs for returning products to prabusnack.com are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Products returned to prabusnack.com will be checked for completeness/condition according to customer complaints. If the condition of the product can still be repaired, a FULL REPLACEMENT/REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITH A NEW PRODUCT. Products that are replaced with new products are products whose condition is seriously damaged/totally dead/unrepairable.
- All shipping costs (return to customer after service) and service costs are the responsibility of prabusnack.com. (If the complaint is made within 1x24 hours after the product reaches the customer's hands)
